Subscription Terms

These terms apply between BCS FOR DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT, trading as BCS ("BCS"), and the organisation that subscribes to a BCS product ("you"). By subscribing or using the product, you accept them. If you buy through Microsoft Marketplace, Microsoft's marketplace terms also apply to the purchase. Use of this website is covered by our Terms & Conditions.

A non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the BCS products and features in your plan, in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments you register, for the number of users you bought and for as long as your subscription lasts.

Each environment holds a licence that BCS signs, and it renews the licence automatically. Features outside your plan, or companies outside the scope you chose, stay switched off. You agree not to bypass, alter or reverse-engineer the licence checks.

• Keep your Dynamics 365 environments supported and up to date. Test BCS updates in a non-production environment before you use them in production.
• Check payroll results before you pay or file anything. BCS provides the calculation tools, but you stay responsible for your payroll, tax and statutory filings.
• Keep your sign-in details and activation codes confidential.

Prices and billing terms are shown in your plan. Marketplace subscriptions are billed by Microsoft and follow its renewal and cancellation rules. When a subscription ends, the licence in your environment expires and the licensed features switch off. Your data in Dynamics 365 stays in your environment.

Support is described on the support page. We release updates to keep products working with supported Dynamics 365 versions and to fix defects.

Your payroll and HR data stays in your own Dynamics 365 environment. We process only the limited account and licence information described in our Privacy Policy.

We'll provide the products with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the products are provided "as is", without other warranties.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

BCS keeps all rights in its products, documentation and licence service. You keep all rights in your data.

We may suspend a licence if fees are unpaid, or if the product is used in breach of these terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll give you notice first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Disputes go to the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
