Will our customer know BCS DEV is involved?
Only if you want them to. The work is white label: you stay the customer-facing brand, and we sign an NDA and work under your name.
What time zone do you work in?
Cairo is UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer, so we are 0 to 2 hours from most of Europe and share a morning overlap with the US East Coast.
How do we start without a big commitment?
Take a fixed-price pilot of two to four weeks on one work package. If it works, move to a dedicated team or a support block.
Where does the work happen, and who owns the code?
In your tenant and your DevOps or Git. Our contract includes IP assignment, so the code belongs to you.
How is personal data from EU customers handled?
Under a Data Processing Agreement that includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses. ISO 27001 certification is planned for 2027.
