This section applies when you buy or use BCS products for Microsoft Dynamics 365, or the BCS subscription portal (subscriptions.bcsmea.com). These are provided by BCS FOR DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT, FDCW0463, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

| Microsoft Marketplace | When you buy through Microsoft Marketplace, Microsoft passes us the purchase details: subscription ID, plan, quantity, your Microsoft Entra tenant ID, and the purchaser's name and email. |
| Subscription portal | Your name, work email, company name and the users you invite. Also the Dynamics 365 environments and legal entities you register for a licence. |
| Your Dynamics 365 environment | To keep a licence valid, BCS software in your environment contacts our licence service from time to time. It sends the environment ID and URL, the installed BCS product versions, and a count of active users for each licensed product. It does not send payroll data, salaries or employee personal records. |
We use this information to set up, activate, renew and cancel subscriptions, to issue signed licences to your environments, to check licence use against what you bought, to give you support, and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
We share it only with Microsoft (to fulfil and bill Marketplace subscriptions), with our service providers for hosting (licence service servers in the European Union) and email delivery, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Retention and Your Rights
We keep account and subscription records while your subscription is active and for up to seven years afterwards for accounting and legal reasons. We keep licence check-in logs for up to 24 months. Database backups roll over after 14 days.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we'll reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
