Technical skills:
Professional knowledge and great understanding of Object Oriented Programming at any language C++, C#, Java, etc.
Professional knowledge of building databases and writing SQL statements.

Our team is mainly building business software modules to become a part of Microsoft open source code ERP software based on X++ open source programming language and HTLM5 for the cloud version.
Microsoft Dynamics AX also known as Axapta or AX on premises ERP system, Also known as Dynamics 365 for the current Cloud based version
Ability to map identified requirements to used application functionality and features.
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Functional requirement gathering and documentation
Knowledge of Project scoping, analysis, and estimation
Build a Gap analysis for requirements against available functionality
Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or work-around to meet client requirements.
Get end users approval for provided functional solution.
Good capability in technical writing and internal documentation.
Good capability in technical writing and internal documentation.
Support technical development team from business and functional perspective.
End users training - Maintains documentation of application administration.
Quality Assurance and Testing Cycles.
Experience in Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting problems.
Manage client team members in the project planning and implementation.
Ability to work in a team environment and add to his teams’ knowledgebase and AX experience.
Excellent business communication and leadership; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate.
Deep understanding of all or any of Microsoft Dynamics AX modules including Finance, Trade and Logistics, Process Manufacturing, Projects, Service, Retail to the latest release.
4-6 years in Dynamics AX ERP design and implementation.
Experience through at least 5 full project lifecycles on versions (AX 2009 & AX 2012); with at least one (1) large project implementation on version (AX 2012).
Microsoft Certified Professional Functional (MCPD)
Pre-sales, Demonstration experience, Technical proposal writing, and General consulting skills
Experience or strong knowledge of MS CRM or HRMS is a big plus.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
